The service doesn’t exist yet

Booked is a dating app we’re building in Houston. It is not finished. It isn’t on the App Store or Google Play, and there is nothing on this site to buy. When we say Summer 2026, that’s the plan — not a promise. Software slips, and we’d rather say so now than act surprised later.

This website is run by ABH Federal LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Using this site means these terms apply to you.

The waitlist is not a purchase

“Reserve My Page” is a nice way of saying “we’ll email you.” Joining:

• costs nothing, now or later, to be on the list;
• is not a purchase, a pre-order, a deposit, a subscription, or a contract for anything;
• does not create an account — there are no accounts to create;
• does not reserve, guarantee, or entitle you to access. Not at launch, not in any priority order, not ever;
• can be undone whenever you want, by unsubscribing or by emailing us.

It doesn’t hold a seat, and we haven’t taken a cent. If we do end up letting people in gradually, we’ll most likely go in the order people signed up — but we’re not writing that down as a guarantee, because we’re not going to promise something we might not keep.

Text messages (SMS)

Booked Verification Codes is the only text message program we run. When you type your mobile number into the Booked app and tap “Send Verification Code,” we text you a six-digit code so we know the number is yours. That is the entire program. We do not text marketing, offers, match alerts, or reminders on it.

• Frequency: one message per sign-in attempt. You ask, one code arrives.
• Cost: we don’t charge for it. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Reply STOP to any code to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or email support@booked.date.

Stopping the codes stops you signing in, because the code is how we know it’s you. Your number is used to verify you and nothing else — it is never sold, rented, or handed to anyone for their own marketing. The full account is on the privacy policy.

We might not launch

Booked might never ship. We think it will, and we’re working like it will. But we’re a small company in Houston building something difficult, and if it doesn’t come together, the honest ending is: we tell you, we delete the list, and nobody is out anything. You gave us an email address, not money.

You have to be 18

Booked is a dating product, which makes it a product for adults. Don’t join the waitlist if you’re under 18. If we find out an address belongs to someone under 18, we remove it.

House rules

There’s exactly one thing to misuse here, so this is brief. Don’t:

• sign up email addresses that aren’t yours;
• point bots or scripts at the form;
• scrape, probe, overload, or try to break into the site.

If you do, we’ll remove your entries and block you. That’s the full extent of our leverage, and honestly it’s enough.

What’s ours

The Booked name, the seal, the design of this site, and the writing on it belong to ABH Federal LLC. Reading it, quoting it, and sharing it is fine — there’s a share button, we’d love you to use it. Repackaging it as your own product isn’t.

No warranty, no liability

This website is provided as-is. We try to keep it online and accurate, but we don’t warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or correct about the future. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABH Federal LLC is not liable for any damages arising out of your use of this website or the waitlist.

For what it’s worth: the entire transaction here is that you typed an email address and we haven’t given you anything yet. We hope this section never has to matter.

Your privacy

What we do with your email address is covered in full on the privacy policy. The short version: one email when we open, never sold, gone whenever you ask.

Changes, and the law that applies

If we change these terms we’ll update the date at the top. If a change actually matters and you’re on the list, we’ll tell you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Harris County, Texas.
